Refund policy
Refunds are typically granted when one or more of the situations below apply:

- Your order was cancelled.
- Repeat payment(s): If a customer accidentally submits multiple payments to the same order, we will refund the additional payment(s).
- You reconsider spending money on services placed on the website. If delivery has already started, a partial refund reflecting the progress may be provided. Completed orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Products not received: Digital items were not delivered, particularly within the scheduled delivery time.
- Partial refunds for additional “Express Delivery” add-ons when the expedited timeframe was not met (excluding delays caused by missing customer responses). We can refund the add-on amount or compensate with additional items.
For refunds that are processed, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. It may take up to 96 business hours (from when the refund has been processed) for you to receive your funds.
